Alba Whittemore
Account Manager
Alba grew up in Tacoma, Washington and spent eight years in Reno before recently settling into Chattanooga. While her path to accounting wasn’t exactly planned, she quickly discovered a natural talent for it.
Her journey into the field began as an office manager for a real estate investment company where she offered to lend a hand to the accounting manager after noticing how busy they always were. Alba quickly realized that accounting was where she thrived and has since fostered her passion for the field and newfound career.
Outside the office, she loves traveling and is always up for an adventure, whether that’s trying a new restaurant, experiences like skydiving, getting lost in a good book, or lately – enjoying the newlywed life with her husband and their dog, Bruno.

A Six Sigma Green Belt, Amy thrives on finding ways to improve processes, solve problems, and help organizations operate more efficiently.
She views her greatest accomplishments on the home front though having raised two children with her husband of nearly 25 years.
Outside of work, you can find her hiking a scenic trail, kayaking on the water, or planning her next travel adventure.

Camrin Owens

Growing up with three sisters, Camrin learned that everyone has different talents and hers lie in organization, details, and making things balance. It was in her first accounting class in college that showed her how those talents could flourish in the field of accounting.
A Tennessee girl to the core, Camrin has lived in all three Grand Divisions of the state but loves her current hometown of Chattanooga the best.
When not at work, she can be found on adventures with her family and friends; enjoying her city while rock climbing or biking; or lost in the worlds of fantasy, poetry, and watercolor painting.

Cassie Connor
Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in South Florida, Cassie made the move to Tennessee in mid-2025. Growing up with a police officer dad and a high school business/accounting teacher mom gave her the perfect blend of community service and financial knowledge.
That influence sparked her passion for helping others through accounting and making a positive impact in the community.
When not working, Cassie remains true to her Sunshine State roots and heads outdoors either spending time by the water or discovering new trails. She also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing all the adventures that life has to offer.

Christi Hale
Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in Nashville, this southern belle thrives on organization. At a young age, she was categorizing the clothes in her closet with handwritten dividers!
She has held many positions throughout her life, ranging from restaurant hostess to ministry assistant. You can trust her to be reliable, approachable, and genuinely happy to help.
When not at work in her home office, Christi enjoys crafting, graphic design and leading various women’s Bible studies at her church in Murfreesboro. She spends lots of time with her husband and son.

Clay Griggs
Account Manager
Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Clay learned the meaning of hard work from his father who he watched work two jobs for 15 years to support his family.
Taking that lesson to heart, Clay got a job moving furniture at age 15 while also taking accounting courses and working at his school’s in-house bank. He’d continue with the moving company throughout college before becoming the in-house accountant upon graduation.
In his spare time, Clay spends time with his wife Meg and their two dogs. He enjoys riding motorcycles, the outdoors, and watching football.

Danielle Martin
Tax Senior
Danielle discovered her love for accounting while at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga where her professor told her she’d make a great, wait for it…accountant! She has a love for math, working efficiently, and solving problems.
With a naturally analytical approach, Danielle is great at streamlining processes and tying out accounts to a T.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband and daughter. Some of her favorite activities include cooking, walking her 4 dogs and gazing at her chickens.

Erika Carmichael
Senior Account Manager
Raised in Northern California, Erika spent her youth immersed in music leading to an early career as a singer-songwriter and background vocalist. After moving to Nashville in 2012, she shifted into business management acquiring extensive experience supporting businesses with bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll.
Erika now works remotely from Grass Valley, California providing relationship-driven financial support that helps clients stay organized, informed, and confident in their numbers.
Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, their new baby boy, and their spunky golden retriever .

Jacob Levy
Tax Staff
Jacob was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee and has lived in the same house his whole life! At age 14 he began at Chick-Fil-A where he grew into a management position by his high school years.
During that time, Jacob solidified his decision to pursue an accounting career—a tribute to his love of dealing with numbers and finances. After nearly six years with Chick-Fil-A, he began his accounting internship with Moyer & Company.
When not working, Jacob is a Young Life leader at Centennial High School in Williamson County. He is a huge sports fan, mainly supporting the Memphis Grizzlies and Tennessee Volunteers. Jacob also uses his free time to play disc golf and pickleball.
Jacque Staebell
Tax Manager
Jacque learned and practiced the value of good work ethic in her early years growing up near a dairy farm in western New York. She spent many early mornings helping on out at the farm where her favorite job was feeding the baby calves fresh milk from a bucket.
These days, when she isn’t crunching numbers, she enjoys spending her time with her husband Tom, their four children and seven grandchildren and way more hobbies than she has time to enjoy.

Jessica Welty
Director of Operations
Originally from Alabama, Jessica attended Troy University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Before entering the accounting industry, she spent several years teaching in Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Jessica joined Moyer and Company in 2021 as Office Manager and has since grown into her role as Director of Operations. Drawing on her background in education, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping the team improve processes, implement new systems, and find better ways to serve clients.
When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys reading a good book, catching live music with her husband, and spoiling her pets.

Jose Sandoval

Jose’s path to accounting was unexpected—after earning a creative writing diploma, he shifted gears to pursue a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He quickly realized he had found his passion and has been dedicated to the field ever since.
A problem-solver at heart, Jose thrives on learning and providing top-tier client service. After visiting Tennessee, he fell in love with its scenery and southern hospitality.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing with his wife, playing sports with his nephews, and mentoring youth at his church.

Julian Brown
Account Manager
Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Julian earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Elon University before moving to Tennessee.
A multi-instrumentalist, Julian plays guitar, bass, violin, and banjo. When he’s not at work, you can find him performing on Nashville’s Broadway with his band.
He’s no stranger to a challenge having completed the 4-day Salkantay Trek through the Peruvian Andes during his senior year of college. Julian also enjoys traveling and cooking, especially Filipino dishes inspired by his Filipino heritage.

Katlyn Richards

Growing up on her family’s farm, Katlyn was influenced by a lifestyle grounded in family and day-to-day responsibilities. Because of her dad’s career, she had the opportunity to live in several different states—and even Germany—before eventually settling down in Tennessee.
With her upbringing and exposure to the realities of running a farm business, Katlyn initially pursued a degree in agribusiness. After taking her first accounting course, she discovered her love for the field and knew that would be her future.
She went on to earn degrees in both agribusiness and accounting, bringing the same commitment and perspective she developed on the farm into her work today.
Outside of the office, Katlyn enjoys spending weekends continuing to help on her family’s farm and relaxing at home with her dog and cat.

Tammy Wisdom
Senior Tax Manager
A true Middle-Tennessean through and through, Tammy was born and raised in Centerville. Tammy split her time in college between Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson and Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville before landing in Christiana where she currently resides.
Having started as a marketing major, she made the move into the accounting world after a couple of professors thought she had a knack for debits and credits. She’s never regretted making that change.
When she isn’t crunching the numbers, Tammy loves spending time with her husband and four children. Tammy enjoys reading and walking in her spare time, and you can often find her volunteering with the youth group at church.
